Wedding Gifts Directly proportional to Location !

Like in retail and the business of malls & shop-in-shop formats ... i came across some connection and similarity between the business of retail and business of gift-ing during Chinese wedding in Singapore and that's ... LOCATION.

Similar to retail industry where location is key while attending a Chinese wedding location is very key... as it determines the value of gift you need to give in the form of traditional red packet called "Hongbao".

If the wedding is at one of the  high end location the red packet should have monies worth SGD 200 and above. Some say there is a market rate of gift based on the location. Here is one of such view.
