Training is a wasteful expenditure - Some Organization's Behaviour !!
- It is be done for the sake of doing it, without proper assessments of needs and resources.
- It is to just complete the required man-hours of training per year.
- Just
randomly picked up people from various departments to fill the training
room,because the trainer, venue and logistics have been already organized - there was no target audience.
- Right and resourceful person is not selected for the required topics.
- Right and suitable venue is not planned.
- If the boss nominates their subordinate to attend the training and ask them keep their mobiles on so that they may call them when required
