Training is a wasteful expenditure - Some Organization's Behaviour !!

  1. It is be done for the sake of doing it, without proper assessments of needs and resources.
  2. It is to just complete the required man-hours of training per year.
  3. Just randomly picked up people from various departments to fill the training room,because the trainer, venue and logistics have been already organized - there was no target audience.
  4. Right and resourceful person is not selected for the required topics.
  5. Right and suitable venue is not planned.
  6. If the boss nominates their subordinate to attend the training and ask them keep their mobiles on so that they may call them when required
